Guns, Terrorists and Words

I just finished reading a story about President Trump. The author said that Trump was pro-gun, hated terrorists, and said some words that offended someone. The last time I checked I was not only in the United States, but also a veteran that took and oath to protect and defend the constitution of the United States (that by the way does NOT expire). I think I am going to take these one point at a time, just to make sure everyone is on the same page.

  • Guaranteed in the Constitution- In the second amendment the line “The right to bear arms shall NOT be infringed,” Wake up folks what they do is slowly but surely they chip away, little but little so you don’t even notice. Case in point cigarettes. (Before the hate mail this is an example of how the left wait until they get their chance.) First the nanny state figure they will put a tax on them so high people will quit. Except that didn’t work. So they created laws like you can’t smoke in restaurants and now they have expanded it to prohibiting smoking outside in general. (Gun free zones anybody?) While we are on the topic of cigarettes let’s talk about the the amount of taxes that are being lost buy the state. Most states use the “sin tax” with the sin tax they target smoking, driving and drinking. Soon these to will start to rise, because the state won’t loose any “revenue”, so little by little they will raise the taxes on alcohol and gasoline. If you want to see this in action, go from PA to any of the surrounding states the will be at least a $0.20 difference in gas prices. This is necessary for the state to maintain the amount of income it lost due to the states imposed "prohibition" on smoking.

  • Terrorist attacks - Do  we need to go through the litany of attacks? Let’s just use the current attacks. Starting 9/11/2001 in New York to May 2017 in Manchester England. But none of the Democratic “Leaders” (and I use that word loosely) have yet to say “Radical Islamic Terrorist” Political correctness is doing more damage to this country than anything else. Instead of making  immigrants, Learn to speak the language and assimilate. We allow them to maintain their ideology and fester hate. Until we as a country stand up and say enough is enough these type of attacks will continue. Drive through Deer Borne Michigan, it feels like a you are driving in Syria. Residents are driving the streets displaying the ISIS flag.

  • WORDS DON’T HURT! This garbage about schools needing safe zones, is the biggest load of crap ever. Our universities are creating an entire generation of mentally weak, thin skinned, cowards. Learn to stand up for yourself. This country is about debate and argument. but giving a student a place where he can run if he is scared of words is repugnant. Instead of encouraging them to run, teach them how to make a valid argument and defend their point of view, instead of being a cowardly snowflake and running away.

Remember: You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.  - Winston Churchill
